Kevin Hart shares a simple lesson he says has kept his marriage to Eniko Hart strong for 10 years.
The comedian recently spoke with PEOPLE about his relationship with Eniko while celebrating the launch of his new golf-inspired Fabletics collection in New York City.
When asked how the couple keeps their relationship fun after a decade of marriage, Hart had a straightforward answer: listen.
“Listening. Listening. And I just mean me listening, me listening, me listening more,” he told PEOPLE, adding, “Happy wife, happy life.”

More Details Behind Kevin and Eniko’s Relationship
Kevin and Eniko got married on August 13, 2016, and celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary this year. The couple shares two children, son Kenzo and daughter Kaori.
Their decade together has included plenty of public moments, but Hart has continued to speak about the importance of his wife and family in his life.
Earlier this year, ahead of their anniversary, he told E! News that he appreciates, values, and loves Eniko, while also saying that he needs her.
These days, the couple is also finding new ways to spend time together. Eniko has started taking golf lessons after developing an interest in the sport, which has become one of Hart’s current passions.
For Hart, golf itself has taught him another lesson that seems to apply to marriage as well: getting better requires time, effort, and commitment.
After 10 years of marriage, though, his relationship advice remains pretty simple; sometimes keeping things strong starts with simply listening.
