Big Tigger and Alicia Brown’s relationship has taken another turn after months of legal drama surrounding the couple.
The Atlanta radio personality, whose real name is Darian Morgan, and Brown have been dealing with a very public and complicated situation that has included domestic-violence allegations, legal filings, and accusations involving people close to their relationship.
But now, there’s a major update involving Big Tigger. The charges against Big Tigger have been declined.
Morgan was arrested in June after a May incident involving Brown led to aggravated battery and child-cruelty charges. He denied the allegations and said he had confidence in the legal process.
Now, according to court documents, the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office has declined to prosecute the case against him.
So despite the serious allegations that initially put Big Tigger’s personal life in the spotlight, he will not be facing criminal prosecution in that case.

The couple had kept much of their relationship private, which made the situation even more surprising to fans.
Big Tigger announced in 2024 that he and Brown were expecting their first child together. Their son was born in 2025.
The couple was also photographed together publicly around that time, including at a BET+ event in Atlanta in June 2025.
By 2026, however, things between them had clearly changed.
Brown publicly addressed an incident involving the couple and later obtained a temporary protective order. Court documents related to that order included allegations against Morgan, which he denied.
Brown also accused Big Tigger of having an inappropriate relationship with his V-103 co-host Francesca Amiker.
Amiker denied the allegations and later filed a defamation lawsuit against Brown, saying the claims damaged her reputation.
Brown has maintained that she never called Big Tigger an “abuser,” telling the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that she wanted law enforcement to investigate the situation.
And then things got even more complicated; the legal drama didn’t stop with Big Tigger.
In July, Brown was arrested in Georgia on warrants connected to a 2019 missing-child case in Maryland. Authorities said one of the children in the vehicle at the time was the son she shares with Big Tigger.
Brown later filed a federal lawsuit against Fulton County Sheriff Patrick Labat and the sheriff’s office, arguing that the warrant connected to her arrest was erroneous.
Through all of this, the couple has remained estranged, with their relationship becoming much more public than it apparently ever was before.
For Big Tigger, though, the latest development is a significant one: prosecutors have declined to move forward with the criminal case against him.
What happens between him and Alicia Brown personally is a different story — but for now, the criminal case stemming from their domestic dispute is not moving forward.
